This makes me realize that I know too many teams where there is 0 level 4 or level 5 people. Yet they don't realize it. Especially the founders. The question is how do you help people realize that?

for me hardest thing while trying to build software business was to constantly fight my urges to over-engineer i know that it may sound cliche, but it is one thing to say it on twitter, but to actually shut the fuck down your inner engineer is quite another
