#CS50 Week 8 lecture on Web done Learned how the internet works - routers, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, status codes. Dove into HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JS tags, selectors, events. Also solved a few DSA problems on arrays. Will solve the week 8 pset later tonight.

#CS50 week 7 - SQL Studied tables, types, constraints, joins, indexes, transactions, race conditions, SQL injection. Currently solving the problem sets. Learned about real-world use cases of SQL - like handling real-time updates, likes, and race conditions in live systems.

#CS50 Week 5 — Data Structures. Studied abstract data types, stacks, queues, linked lists, trees, tries, and hash tables. Working on Speller prob — building a hash func and setting up a hash table to check if words exist in a dict. Will revisit the concepts through practice.

Worked on image filtering in C — grayscale, reflection, blur, and Sobel edge detection. Also studied bitmap image structure and how data is stored at the byte level. Learned a lot working at this level. #CS50

Had a long conversation with a senior developer. Realized I was confusing what I wanted with what I needed to do. Sometimes, experience clarifies the difference. Got some clarity. Making a few shifts and moving forward.

CS50 Lecture 4: dived into pointers, segfaults, stack vs heap, dynamic memory, and file I/O. Wrote a WAV volume adjuster in C. Starting to see what “under the hood” really means. Still a bit confusing, but I'm feeling the progress. Gotta keep practicing. #CS50

Reading up on low-level programming concepts rn. Also, reflecting on what path aligns best with where I’m trying to go. I think regular introspection on how far you’ve come and where you're heading, is just as important as consistent upskilling.
