$SAVA I retired in 2015 from a corporate job I held for 41 years. My motto was under promise, and over deliver. I believe Rick Barry thinks the same way. P3 Rethink results are promised by end of 2024. I think they could come by Thanksgiving.

$SAVA at $26.78 we are above the 10 day moving average. Next target is about $28 which is above the 50 day moving average. It's an important target because we will then be above the 200, 50 and 10 day moving averages.

$SAVA Dr. Kupiec reviewed phase 2 with FDA and reached Special Protocol Agreements with them. SAVA required patients to be screened for phosphorylated tau biomarker to show AD pathology. FDA won't stop this now. They want to see the phase 3 trials results per their SPA's.

$SAVA shorts are so effing trapped here on Monday morning, Sep 30. Tens of millions of shares shorted, and the stock has rebounded to $30.42 on only 496,000 shares as I'm typing this. The upwards price pressure is only going to get more heated with Rethink readout in 2.5 months.

$SAVA in the phase 3 trials, clinicians and caregivers are noticing improvements in cognition and behavior with no side effects. Easy 2x day pill, no infusions. No wonder they were clamoring for an open label extension for their patients and loved ones! And, the FDA said OK!

$SAVA Simufilam, which is a simple 2x a day pill close to the end of a phase 3 trial for Alzheimer's disease, fixes the broken down FLNA scaffolding protein. This may help other neural diseases such as epilepsy, and might even be anti-aging, although that trial will take a while.

$SAVA it's easy to see from the phase 2 trials and continuing studies that Simufilam works. Phase 3 trials are necessary to prove the probability of the results is less than 5 percent. Start taking Simufilam when you are pre-mild or mild and you stop the disease in its tracks.

$SAVA The current Rethink phase 3 Simufilam trial required patients to be screened as actually having Alzheimer's by a p-tau181 blood test. I am expecting 12 month cognition to IMPROVE on average among the Mild AD segment.

Simufilam works. 13.5 months until Rethink Phase 3 readout. There's no reason it shouldn't confirm the phase 2 results, especially with the better Phase 3 screening to ensure patients truly have Alzheimer's. Widespread adoption lies ahead. I'm going to be rich. $SAVA

Mild Alzheimer's Disease Cog after 18 months $SAVA Simufilam 0.11 Aduhelm 3.76 Leqembi 4.14 Aduhelm and Leqembi cause brain bleeds. Simufilam MRIs show NO brain bleeds. The lower the score the better. Simufilam wins hands down,

$sava closed at $14.02 last Friday and at $19.89 today. Not too bad. The MRI scans showing zero ARIA brain bleeds as compared to its current competitors was the big story. Simufilam has a high safety profile and actually improves cognition in many mild AD patients. A great week!
