No "Tesla announced no material progress on full self driving - they are still at level 2 autonomous (requires a human driver) vs Alphabet's Waymo at Level 4 (no human driver needed)." - Josh Brown Waymo's are loaded with sensors. Existing TSLA models don't have the capability.
