What a wonderful week we have had reading the story “The Ghanaian Goldilocks” we used the book to compare different cultures and did some research into African culture. To end the week we made some beautiful African necklaces using a range of patterns and colours 🌍@HeadPdcs

STEM Challenge Today the children were set the task to build a bridge to allow the 3 Billy Goats Gruff to cross the river to reach the best grass. We looked at and discussed local and international bridges, then the children used a range of materials to build their own @HeadPdcs

During our reading for pleasure time we have introduced book buddies. The children choose a teddy from the ‘buddy box’ and share a story with them. It’s so lovely to see children reading out loud and describing what is happening in the book to their buddy @HeadPdcs 📚🧸🦄🦜🧜🏻♀️
