We decided to head out to check #theweemob as the wind direction had changed a bit and they’d get more shelter from a different hedge if we dropped their back fence… I turned up all hi-viz and head torch, calling them over the 89mph wind and they came…ears flat following me /1

Female farmers! Could you take a minute to reply with a photo telling me who you are, what and where you farm? A follower has a young daughter who was sad because she was told farming is for boys…but seeing us lady farmers bossing it is helping to change that! 🧑🏼‍🌾 💃

104 days after been fined £90m for dumping sewage into the environment and less than 12 hours after Gov voted to protect water companies and not our rivers, @SouthernWater were dumping sewage at 60, yes 60, different locations along the south coast of England. #COP26 hypocrisy

Been foraging for wild garlic, made a wild garlic oil to make a mayonnaise, and also wild garlic pesto. And also used some in a marinade for a lamb shoulder which will be sous vide for 24hours before being finished on a grill for colour on Monday.

Made a great roast today! Sous-vide a 3-4 inch think piece of dry aged longhorn beef sirloin for 4 hours and finished in a pan to get colour on.
