First time in many years I’m travelling on a @nationalexpress coach. Paid extra for a reserved seat but told when I got on that there are no reserved seats today. How can you charge extra and then say not valid but can get a refund. That’s not really the point of reserving.

That went well last night with 6 new people joining us for their first session on the ukulele. It’s not too late if you want to join in the fun as we will meet again next Monday 21st Nov from 7-7.30pm for a beginners session and then we will be practicing some Xmas songs!
