FEARING MAKING A MISTAKE continues to be 1 of the hardest parts of trauma recovery for me. WHY?Cos for trauma survivors feeling safe emotionally&often physically is vital. Im progressing in the awareness REALITY is I’LL NO LONGER BE PUNISHED FOR MISTAKES. Darlings we ARE safe now
