For #chruby 1.0.0, I'm debating dynamically searching ~/.rubies/, /opt/rubies on each invocation instead of populating $RUBIES once and searching that. Users rarely install a new Ruby, but it is annoying to have to restart the shell or open a new tab after installing a new ruby.
