Another day, another medical appointment. Right now, I’m on my way to ⁦@nhsfife⁩ #Dunfermline #QueenMargaretHospital for a x-Ray. I thought that I would give my ⁦@oneoffifteen15⁩ @prog_2 snood/buff an airing. It’s came in handy as it’s bloody freezing

I’m at the ⁦@nhsfife⁩ #victoriahospitalkirkcaldy for an appointment. This is usually a routine 12 weekly appointment, however, I missed the last one as I wasn’t well enough to make it. The consultant that I see for this appointment is really lovely.

I was in A and E last night - it wasn’t serious thankfully but I was in pain - a lovely person in the waiting room called Jamie Marshall saw I was suffering and went to buy me some cold drinks. Just like that, a complete stranger. Hope you are on Twitter Jamie, thank you.

2 - Due to having 7 operations and many many cancer treatments/ appointments etc, I’m now medically retired. When I’m well and fit enough I campaign with cancer charities. I am also the promoter of @prog_2 Would you be interested in the festival and my rare cancer story? Kev

1 - Hi @matthew_wright I am a rare sarcoma cancer survivor. I had high risk life threatening /live saving surgery at @NHS_Lothian @RIE_Lothian 6 yrs ago. The tumour was that big it weighted 10lbs and I am 1 of 15 people world wide diagnosed with #malignantmyopericytoma

It’s another braw day and I’m not long back from the #OPAT clinic at @nhsfife Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy. I’ve mentioned this before, but the staff really are great at this clinic.

My faith in humanity was restored when I received this ‘Thank You’ card. It was sent by one of the staff at @macmillancancer thanking me for the work and support with ‘The Forgotten C’ campaign. I really appreciate the card and especially the thought that had gone into this.

It’s a beautiful Wednesday morning and I’m back at @nhsfife Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy for a check up at the OPAT clinic. The staff are really great and friendly and I’m sitting with a #braw coffee and a couple of pieces of shortbread. 😉

I’m back at the @nhsfife Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for an appointment at the OPAT clinic. The staff are all so friendly and one of the nurses made me a lovely cup of coffee.

This is the first day in just over 3 weeks that I’ve not either been an in-patient or out-patient in hospital. So I’m relaxing in the back garden with my @Apple AirPods Max on while Kirsty is homeworking and Nathan is playing video games. Can anyone guess who I am listening to?
