My agent finally got in touch with your TPA & I got a call to reschedule appointment. Attached is the earlier appointment. Yet to receive confirmation for 25 Sept. 8.30 am. Medical TPA is pathetic in communication & clients like us are not imp. This is your 1st touch point? Poor

Anyone having issues with customer service or Eureka Forbes filter? Simple refill cartridges are not available. They are taking clients for a ride. Despite follow up, they are unable to resolve. We have to take them to task. Rajinder Singh
