He flew✈️. Time passes so swiftly that while we keep on studying and growing in our careers, we sometimes feel we didn’t spend enough time with our siblings, even lesser than our parents. But despite all, I believe I know him the most and he is my first priority for life.

On Sunday, want to highlight the importance of eating a timely meal even when you’re not hungry. Eating my meal on time everyday has completely enhanced my body physically & mentally. I’m so grateful to my digestive, nervous & cardiovascular system for showing me the difference!
