How often we eat is more profound than how much we eat. Fasting beats caloric restriction when it comes to health outcomes. Try intermittent fasting by skipping breakfast and eating between 11-5. Works beautifully.

Siim is spot on here. Getting huge is not healthspan promoting, at all. My results are very similar by not obsessing with size long term. There is a balance. If general health is your goal, don't overdo lifting weights and size.

The happiest people I know are almost exclusively working middle class. They work comfortable jobs, enjoy the weekends, etc. Interestingly, people seem to be less happy at retirement. I think this is due to earning your down/fun time. Waiting for it throughout the week.
