Feeling kinda insecure about my body rn:( hate that
Just a reminder that your body isn’t the problem! It never has been the problem! There’s a reason why even at your lw & hw you felt unhappy and dissatisfied. It isn’t your body.
Guilt is a temporary feeling btw

I'm so inactive on this account but I'm glad about it cause I'm the most recovered I've been in such a long time!! I still struggle with some habits or situations or foods and that will probably never go away but there is always progress to make and I'm proud and comfortable :)
Wear the shorts! Wear the dress! Wear the short sleeves! Wear the tank top! Wear the cropped top! Wear the bikini! Wear the bathing suit! DO ITTT!!! 🗣️ Your life is way too short to be worrying about your legs or stomach or arms or whatever!! THIS IS UR SIGNN 🌈🌈🌈
do you ever look at someone and wonder if they binged the night before? if their pants are a bigger size than usual? if they’re bloated today? if they’ve gained weight? no? exactly. nobody is paying attention to you.
so something I started doing this year which I might be useful to some is taking note of every time I think I'm pretty!! So whenever I might feel the opposite I can see that it's not that I'm not pretty, I just don't feel like it in that moment and that's okay! just an idea :)
had a little panic attack about cheesy pasta because they put so much oil in the pan and I ended up throwing it away. I feel so bad cause it wasn't cheap either but I just couldn't do it idk :(( There are so many things I can eat without worrying at all, others can still be scary
I'm so proud of myself and everyone here! Merry Christmas :)
the best recovery advice is to just trust the process. even when you’re bloated, feeling guilty, having relapse urges, and literally feeling like the world is going to end.. just keep pushing <3 trust the process, it will all work out.
my best friend is showing many ed signs and has stuff like that saved on her Pinterest, I've been suspicious of her for quiet some time and now I'm worried :/ idk what to do
be kinder to yourself!!!! you are so wonderful and you have so much to give to the world, don’t let an ed dampen that 🫶
theres no such thing as recovering ‘too fast’!!!!
I just did a leg workout and DAMN I have never felt anything like that in those muscles wow
