Just had conversation with a British couple who have a holiday home near us. They voted for Brexit and have made no arrangements whatsoever for what happens on Jan 1. They have now discovered the reality of their situation. The blame apparently is with "Brussels".

So the third Child of William and Kate has been born. Could a name fixing scandal be on the cards? Prince Tarquin at 250-1? If found guilty would they be banned from having children for 10 years?

I got a compensation call today. I wound him up! I told him we were 7 in a mini. The road was wet, I couldn’t stop and hit a police van. I failed breath and drug tests. He told me I was wasting his time. I replied “you started it” He hung up! People don’t have a sense of humour!

Just found Barry Norman pickled onions on the Tesco grocery website. The opening line “Barry Norman never buys pickles” disappointed me. I was expecting a punchline. It turns out it’s all in the present tense though. tesco.com/groceries/en-G…
