@saaiyer Sugar: Yes, cut it down to 0 in the beginning. Starch - replace half of it with protein, then observe Seed Oils: Do not cook at high temperature, ok for dressing purpose Soy: If you can replace it with a better source of protein then do it, it's all about personal preference.
@saaiyer So true!! Wheat, sugar and dairy were the big ones for me. I also don’t eat starches or use seed oils. I use soy sauce once a week for one meal.
