מדהים איך שופטים מנוסים שהשקיעו שנתיים בלימוד תיק זדורוב עדיין מגיעים כל אחד למסקנות סותרות לחלוטין, בדיוק כמו האדם מהרחוב. המוח האנושי פשוט לא יודע להתמודד עם מארג מורכב של ראיות ואי-ודאות. מערכת המשפט צריכה להיבנות מחדש עם דגש על תיקון ההטיות החשיבתיות האלה.
