[Launch Alert] Talent crisis is going crazy! Recruiters Post JD on multiple channels (job boards/Agencies/Referrals) and then Pray that the right candidates show up. But this “Post and Pray” strategy hasn’t really worked on any platform.

I'm always amazed by "How parents attach their lives with their kids' lives, specially the middle class(lower & upper)". Why middle class? Because they've enough money to not think about where their next meal will come from and neither they've big deals happening in their life.

Founders: go direct. Don’t give free content to media corporations. You owe them nothing. They feign neutrality, then openly threaten bad coverage if you don’t give out free info. Block all who do this. Then build your own channel, and get investors to RT.

India is status-driven, because you can work for 30k bucks in Accenture/Wipro, but will never do a delivery boy/girl job even if you can earn more than 35k bucks because you'll be embarrassed if accidentally you are asked to make a delivery for your friend.
