I don’t know about always-on AI, but can guarantee that an AI initiative or project is always-on - “never done”. AI builders just went past evals as bottleneck now reached sandbox/sim, soon they will drop in prod and hit AI drift prob. It is a forever project with constant work.
Biggest bottleneck to agent commerce or in general for AI is fragmented data across micro SaaS. Brands are tiered of going to multiple tools to understand how their store is performing in Shopify platform.
