This course really stretched and improved my understanding of Javascript and gave me a lot of helpful tips and tricks to solve interview questions. It was also useful to refresh and compound that core DSA knowledge. Adding leaves and branches to the trunk.

As a self taught programmer I realised that building the foundational knowledge of CS would be key to maximising my learning and understanding. This course was a perfect introduction. Thank you @AndreiNeagoie Build the trunk first and then it's easy to hang the leaves off it.

By far the best course I've done, really nice to get stuck in and spend significant time on one app. There's so much more packed in than I expected. Highlights: App architecture, Building custom reusable components and Seans easy to read coding style. Thanks @seanallen_dev

I had no idea what Git or Github was or how to use the command line at the start of the year so I'm pretty stoked to get 500 commits. Can't wait to carry on learning and hopefully soon there will be commits from a job mixed in there!

Just finished this course and the associated book 'A Mind for Numbers'. The tips and techniques are proving massively useful when transferred to learning software development. The power of Recall is real. Would recommended to anyone self teaching. coursera.org/learn/learning…
