I’m now trying to figure out how best to use the prize money, and am thinking about trying to help restart education in Gaza once the bombs stop. Yes people need food and medicine most urgently, but they also need hope. Education is about hope, it is about a future.

@shruthi_rvndrnt Yes! It feels that we are recruited but not really supported. Also, being always financially dependent on PI puts international PhD student in a precarious position.
