In our larger in-person meetings that happen in conference rooms with other teams I will make my team sit together. When someone asks one of us a question we go into an NFL style huddle. I'll make the play call, we all clap and yell BREAK, then calmly deliver our response.

When I get lonely I just find random PRs and make offensive and out of context comments about the proposed changes. In-line code comments seem to work best. It always stirs up a good conversation.
