@shawnmicallef Built in the 1790s by land speculator Asa Danforth Jr. "The road from York to the Bay of Quinte" was a bit long - "The Danforth Road" a little easier. Fun fact: Danforth landed in debtor's prison and tried to sell out Upper Canada to the Yankees.
