10days ago at 8.48 am I got a call from my sister while I was sitting in OT and patient was being shifted to OT table. 1st call and I could here only she in calling my name and disconnected. Normally I don't pick calls in morning when inside OT but that day I picked.

It’s truly depressing
- No meetings before 11am.
- No meetings when emails or calls will do.
- Don’t schedule calls, text coordinate them on the fly when possible.
-Cram all meetings into two days a week.
- 1-on-1s are usually 30-minute walking meetings.

Meetings waste a lot of time. When meetings fill your day and your brain, it’s hard to do much else. You don’t get time to do the real work that you’re paid for. Either your talent is wasted or you stay back late to finish what your job is.
Am I the only one that sees a problem with working 8-9 hours a day and then going home to having about 4 hours to yourself which includes getting ready for the next day??? This is not life…
