The Year of #Linux on the Desktop will be when they translate all Windows APIs and let us run .exe on Linux. I assume Linux has the equivalent to shell32.dll, user32.dll and the rest, so faking/redirecting those calls to their own might be the way. #YearOfLinux

Are #Tesla Uber drivers using Tesla's navigation or are just a bit... clumsy? Whenever I order Uber in NYC and I get a Tesla half the time they will circle for 10 minutes not being able to figure out how to get to my street, a then I'd have new driver reassigned who comes in 1min

So you buy $4000 Apple Vision Pro and then 3D print and zip-tie $30 Meta Quest aftermarket head strap to make is usable. Imagine buying a Tesla and then removing everything from inside to add Chrysler interior because it is more comfortable
