2020 Chiefs had a first round bye, rested their starters Week 17, lost to the Chargers, then proceeded to make it to the SB. Ok. Starters had a 21 day break between Dec 27 and the divisional game on Jan 17. I’d say they did ok. Hater.

It worked out this time, but 9.9/10 times it doesn’t. Andy (and the NFL in general) needs to take a valuable lesson from Madden and start playing these end-game scenarios differently. LET THEM SCORE!
