At some point, the tech industry will become the new Rust Belt. The same way the Rust Belt blamed mexicans for the loss of manufacturing jobs that were offshored to China, lots of people in tech are blaming indians for an industry that wont exist in 10 years. AI is their China.

Zuck was a jewish boy that got into Harvard, enrolled in CS when tech was HTML and PHP and the dotcom bubble already popped years ago, and then spent his whole college experience in his dorm building shitty websites by todays standards. That was destined to failure.
I really want to be like Elon and work building complex stuff for 10 hours a day but it seems i cant maintain that level of concentration, like maybe working a lot of hours isn't what matters, but results.
We've reached a peak in the West. But also in China and India. The world is heading towards stagnation, AI is the only thing novel. But now, media is commoditized, videogames, software, shows, streaming platforms, everything is now the same. Its a peak in creativity.

Social media likes to promote outrageous ideas. Its the only way you can get engagement, to say something that leaves some human in some part of the world angry, some human stupid enough to open this app again to get the same content fed again.
American (and European) manufacturing jobs get offshored to China and Asian countries where working conditions are absolute dogshit and everyone says this is capitalism. But when capitalism makes Goldman Sachs go bankrupt, then the government steps in to bail out Wall Street.
A lot of X discourse is a bunch of upper middle class "smart" guys from big cities making 400k a year and talking about how they can understand whats happening to America, yet everyone talks more about H1B visas and illegal than about Clinton absolutely destroying the Rust Belt.
Claude tells you a project takes 1 week and then it sets you up for failure. You have to tell Claude who runs this shit, you have to change "week" by "day" and prove to Claude you can do the project in 1 day. You will probably fail but at least you will finish way earlier.
The whole educational system needs a reform. You do not need a nation of workers anymore. AI has solved that part out. We need a nation of thinkers, everywhere. But the system wont change, because it was always bullshit. Someone has to change it.
Rebellions never work. You go from Assad to ISIS. From cuban dictator to Fidel Castro. From Czar to Communist Lenin and Stalin. From french royalty to Jacobins with the guillotine. Only America won from the revolution. Even with that, the British Royal family werent that bad.
