It is a great tool to help sort candidates out for a f2f meeting support. Provides the client a good overview of who they will meet and adds credibility to a CV and the word of a headhunter. #video #interview #executivesearch

You initial rapport building, relaxed staging and, critically, giving a couple of minutes to think [not to over think and stage answers) made the difference. If hiring at senior level I'd seriously consider moving all 1st stage interviews to this format. #videointerviewing

As a candidate it is an opportunity to bring your CV to life and explain what you can bring to the role and company. As a recruiting Manager it allows you to see a candidate explain their strengths and understand their career wants and needs from their next role. #recruitment

It’s the first time I’ve experienced the format. I certainly think it’s an effective and useful recruitment tool from the perspective of both candidate and potential employer, enhancing and potentially speeding-up the first stage interview process. #videointerview #recruitment

I know I secured an interview based on the MD having an actual experience of myself rather than via CV and feedback alone. Always difficult to watch and listen to yourself, but a great tool that I’d use when I'm recruiting. #videointerviewing

A very good tool, and as a hiring manager a definite help to screening to shortlist. Also should be shared with the candidates, as it is a great feedback tool of what you say and how you act. #videointerviewing

Receiving a link like this would place the candidate in a preferred position. I would also opt for making use of an agency that provides this as part of their service as I can get a good feel for candidates in just 5 minutes as opposed to an hour+ interview. #videointerviewing

The format is extremely good and from a potential emplyerperspective would provide an excellent way by which potential candidates can be seen, quickly understood and a decision reached as to whether a face to face meeting is appropriate. #videointerview #executivesearch

If the client was aware of the short prep time then I think it’s a real opportunity for the candidates to demonstrate that they can perform under pressure. The process leads to an answer that reflects what is front of mind for the candidate. MORE GREAT FEEDBACK!

I found this on the spot process very innovative and refreshing from a candidate standpoint. I believe this is a valuable asset from a client standpoint to render the exploration stage of the hiring process time effective. #video #interviewing

I think that this is a great tool and would be a brilliant enhancement in the screening process. From my perspective as a recruiter it would be very helpful to use videos like this to complement the CV. #VIDEO #interviewing

At the time I thought I'd made a poor effort but on looking back at it, I thought I didn't do too bad! The video clip was a valuable tool to present to any potential employer and was edited well to show both questions and answers. #videointerview
