What’s something you were taught & never forgot? I’ll start. On ICU rounds one day a family was screaming after their loved one died. My attending looked at us all & said, “Understand that for you it’s Thursday. For them it’s the worst day of their life.” I never forgot that.

@_m_b_j_ The best way to improve the efficiency of a system is to improve the throughput of the bottlenecks. And the primary bottleneck on any dev team is developer time and attention. CI improvements reduce the time and attention needed to produce quality code.
