I’ve battled asthma since the 1970s steel mill era. Heavy meds stressed my organs, but when indoor air is 68–74°F, 35–50% RH & toxins controlled, my asthma eases. Fix the air in homes & schools before forcing kids on 2–3 meds daily. Balance air, balance health.
