If the belief that open access is a good thing for society is an ideology, then so is the belief that scholarly publishers should get to make as much money as they absolutely can with no concern as to whether they're bleeding academia dry.

This is a seriously flawed methodology. They did not study the consequences of publishing in "predatory journals"; they studied the consequences of publishing in journals that one man decided to call predatory, often without providing any rationale.

Hey @ACRL, why are you price gouging libraries for your ebooks? It's $60 on your site, but $110 on Gobi, and that's just for 1 user license - there's no option for unlimited. And this book supposedly has a CC license!!!

Ooh, I have versions of both of these dreams. The missing school one seems pretty standard, but my extra room dream involves exploring a new house with secret rooms-within-rooms-within rooms and full of odd junk I get to explore. I love those dreams.
