@MagnetUK 12 months on my kitchen is till not finished. Excuse after excuse, managers left, we do all we can to resolve your issues, we are extremely busy, we will contact the fitter. blah blah blah. Yet still no one has called or emailed to offer me a visit
This timeline shows numerous independent customers’ similar experiences of @MagnetUK taking money for the service that they do not then provide. It is beyond time that investigations were done into Magnet. @London_T_S @WalesTS @TSScot @CTSI_UK

@JaneCWoods @MagnetUK Magnet Kitchens are so, so helpful before your kitchen is fitted but, once they have your money, have ruined your kitchen, and your life, you will wish with all your heart that you had never heard of Magnet Kitchens.
@MagnetUK I’m left without a serviceable kitchen. Also I’ve bobbling on door and carcasses .Derby Ascot drive won’t swap over anymore doors quality of worktops and trim is shocking . I only had this delivered last week so it’s not me causing the issues !

@MagnetUK ypu have the dunbritton housing association contract for installation of new kitchens, along with BRB Installers. Both of you have performed shoddily, gaslighting one if my sisters, and installing wrongly measured units my other sister's home.
