Nobody notices your sadness until it turns into anger, and then your the bad person.
I hate that I require so much reassurance. Like things could go perfectly fine but there is always a part of me that believes all of it is a lie .
Being alone with your feelings is the worst because you have nowhere to run. They’re here dancing in your mind and all you can do is handle.
I don’t blame you for leaving me . I blame myself for not being good enough .
I don’t cut because I want to die , I cut because I want to live .
I need to be hugged and be told everything will be ok .
The mind replays what the heart can’t delete .
I want a cute little cactus in a pot and I’ll name it after you because your a fucking prick .
I should’ve listened to what they said about you .
If your a cutter you can honestly find a way to cut with about anything .
I saw “sorry” a lot. Mostly because I feel like everything is my fault .
So many years of education yet no one taught us to love ourselves.
In most cases of suicide a person doesn’t want to die . They just want the pain to stop .
Telling someone with anxiety to just calm down is like telling someone with with epilepsy to just stop having a seizure.
