That feeling when you're writing some JavaScript, have a *large* "binary" string and just wanted a Uint8Array instead. No way to convert in-place, of course although the bytes are already there. Sometimes I wish C was the web frontend language. :) #notreally #webdev

Because file format magic numbers and such often use ASCII symbols, I want C++'s u8-prefixed string literals in C, too. E.g. something like `const char chunk[] = u8"ILBM";` generates 73, 76, 66, 77 decimal, on all targets. #c
