Chozo Ruins has to be my favorite video game level ever. The peak of Metroid Prime and the absolute epitome of atmosphere, immersion and isolation in a game. Top environmental storytelling. Incredible level of visual detail for a 2002 game. Chozo Ruins is the level of all time.
