New option in the IK Pose Brush to disable the fixed anchor point. You can use it to quickly change the position and shape of hair strands. #b3d developer.blender.org/D6584

In my old reel (which is the one that got me a call from #Disney), you can see some of the tools I got to create. As my only rigging experience was at Ilion Animation Studios (2006-2007), the tools were heavily influenced by what I learnt there. vimeo.com/10942354
