Ours is mixed, still a reliance on email as evidence in some areas; digital team seems to be much more chat-leaning. Lots of newcomers in digital. I'm wondering about how / if we try to engineer change.

A question on #accessibility - are there any good guidelines/advice on accessibility for video-based, online training? Trying to be an intelligent customer and want to probe on this with suppliers. @equalsShaun any ideas?

It's easy to be blinded by the 'magic' of new technologies and platforms, but the baci principles remain the same: who are you giving data and information to, and have you weighed and accepted the risks associated with the sharing of that data?

Hybrid work means blurred boundaries between work and life. We need to have truly honest, clear conversations about work arrangements. Employees can't be expected to magically understand the new environment. As @BreneBrown says, clear is kind.
