@joewintergreen I personally use (on iOS) an app called OTP Auth, which stores all of your Authenticator codes in a password protected and encrypted store on iCloud. If I lose my phone, I can still use it on my watch. If I also lose that as well, I can at least get the backup from iCloud.

Have been working on Yet Another Save-game System™ (YASS?), which leans on @UnrealEngine's SaveGame property flag, but also uses wildcard magic to optionally serialise any value of any type. The interface is added to actors and the world state is saved out. #UEDev

🚀 Speed up Shader compilation in #UnrealEngine ⌛️ You can tell the Engine to launch the Shader Workers with a higher process priority. Add the following to your Project's DefaultEngine.ini [DevOptions.Shaders] WorkerProcessPriority=1 #UE5

Did you know that you can access the Class Default Object (CDO) of a Blueprint asset so that you can set those Blueprint values directly? This is super useful for Editor Utility Blueprints! (Albeit a little hacky, ha) #UEHax #UEDev

THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS For those not in the know: object pooling is when you have a pre-spawned set of objects, you spawn them ONCE, then show/hide them instead of destroying/creating more of them. In essence, you reset them and recycle them. 1/5

DynamicMeshActors in #UE5 aren't just for geometry scripting - they can also be used during Modeling to help avoid creating unnecessary assets (that you would eventually have to delete otherwise), and also provide faster turnaround-time when editing large meshes.
