@donnelly_b Insane isn't it? Here's a downtown Vancouver condo building 2005 real pro forma from the developer recast for 2025. Exact same building under existing zoning with NO CAC. Development costs up 3.2X. Government Fees and Levies up more than 7X. Household incomes .... only grew 1.7X.
