The risks you take in life, pay off more often than not.
When starting out with lifting weights, work on showing up consistently more than anything.
In fitness especially, consistency is the number one attribute. Once you have that dialed in, strength and size come effortlessly.
On the days you find yourself grinding it out on 3 hours of sleep(not recommended) know that you've found what matters to you.
What comes naturally to you will never feel like work.
That is your leverage.
Learn to develop intuition when it comes to dealing with people in social situations.
If you keep measuring everything against hard metrics, you'll inevitably be very surprised very soon.
