You land a CH-47 Chinook almost anywhere, the lack of a tail rotor and elevated rotor masts makes it a awesome machine for EVAC whether it’s in Abbottabad, Pakistan or North Carolina. The CH-47 is also the fastest helicopter in the US Army’s inventory. 😎
