2. Find an experienced attorney to represent you You may have a great family attorney, but if he doesn't have real estate experience, look elsewhere. You need someone who has acquisition experience. They need to understand how to find and solve real estate specific issues.

Certificates of occupancy received for 4 of our 9 building 274-unit development project located in University Place, WA. Being 15 days ahead of schedule is a blessing given the major supply constraints we had to deal with this last few years. Leasing is currently at 15%!

Developer Nightmare!! Imagine being the owner of this Portland 50-unit project. Burst pipe from the freezing cold caused a near total loss and has supposedly taken the lives of 10 tenants when their ceilings collapsed. Get your fire suppression testing done annually!
