Started using my #iPhone in black and white mode (greyscale) and oh my god!There’s no going back! Just how much colour your retina is bombarded with daily, is insane! It almost hurts my use it use it “normally” now. Future #iOS needs a colour saturation slider. #accessibility

How well you slept last night and when you felt sleepy to go to bed, and how you felt on waking are MAINLY controlled by how early and how much sunlight you viewed before 10am in the preceding 2-3 days. Other factors matter but that’s the biggie folks. Non-negotiable biology.

I wonder if it’s possible to create a shortcuts automation where the battery % displays only below a certain level (specified by the user) or perhaps when the low power mode is on. While seeing the battery is convenient, it can also trigger anxiety. 🙈 @viticci help?

If the #apple fitness app wasn’t so calorie focused but also included sleep and recovery data (which the Apple Watch is capable of measuring anyway, Oura would be in trouble.
