@AppleSupport My Macbook pro just keep getting new faults and now its battery problem. My Macbook display got changed 2 times, motherboard got changed, battery keyboard touchbar touch ID got changed and now again hanging and battery problem. I am just fed up Please replace my Mac
@ScottMonty Yes. Recently. At the @Apple Store. My wife’s MacBook Pro 15 inch screen died due to - Flexgate & Mgr refused to acknowledge fault even though thousands of customers have same issue - We paid $700 to fix Apple defect problem discussions.apple.com/thread/2504614…
@TizzyTasha @Apple That's absolutely atrocious, especially once you've paid so much for apple's "excellent customer support"... Still no luck as they refuse to have any correspondence over writing (where they are liable to what they say). I fear its going to be a similar answer to what you got
