Please don't turn your lawn into plastic. Plastic grass reduces food & shelter for wildlife such as bees & butterflies; has a high carbon footprint; sheds micro-plastics which wash into our rivers and seas. Create a wildlife-friendly space instead. More bit.ly/3wE67P8 🐝

Does it ever cross the minds of GP receptionists that 8am appointments might not be suitable for elderly/disabled/chronically ill patients? I appreciate there aren't enough GPs, but it's a terribly ableist assumption that everyone can get up + get to an appointment at that time.

Sorry to repeat myself, but you *really* need to know this. Under the government's Public Order Bill, anyone who has protested in the previous 5 years can be forced to "submit to ... being fitted with, or the installation of, any necessary apparatus" to monitor your movements.

Bumblebees can only fly for about 40 minutes between feeding. But 97% of our wiłdflower meadows are gone. So every time we plant a nectar-rich flower, it could be the pit stop that saves a bee 🐝
