I'm living proof of why you should #stay. 4.5 yrs ago I was in hospital thinking there was only one way out from the pain... Today I'm back working, living & about to have a family. Never ever thought this would be possible. Life can get better. #mentalhealth #SuicidePrevention

One of my medications (I think lithium) caused me to have thyroid problems, potentially for life. Where was the information about this before treatment started... 🤔 non existent. #mentalhealth #psychmeds

Struggling really badly with self-comparison at the moment. Does anyone else with #BPD do this? Has anyone got any tips (besides staying away from social media). I think it related to 'losing' so many years of my life to my mental health and feel so far behind my peers. #BPDChat

Having a really crap couple of weeks with my MH, came on twitter because I can't sleep, and discovered it's currently sodding #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek again. My heart sank in my chest. Who exactly isn't already aware of "mental health"? We're all bloody aware. What many 1/

Drives me mad that the best my employer can suggest on #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth & #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek2021 is to go for a walk. This is an opportunity to stand up and truly discuss issues and provide solutions to employees who are impacted every day.
