Reminder: Most people can lose 1/2 % bodyfat per month on a structured fat loss program. Don't rush, give yourself time to reach your goals

It's amazing how many people create their dream physique by simply increasing protein, lifting weights and repeating.
You don't have to look like you live in the gym, but you should at least look like you visit.
Simple 7 step fat loss process: 1. 10k + steps daily 2. 7 hours sleep daily 3. Resistance training 4. Eat more protein 5. Eat more fats 6. Drink coffee 7. Control stress levels Follow these 7 steps and you can't go wrong

One of the biggest fat loss hacks I've found is to consistently walk 10k + steps per day. Start with consistently hitting 7k + then scale to 10k + to boost your metabolism through the roof
Using body: 👉 Better for balance and flexibility 👉 Minimal equipment required 👉 Complex movement progression Using weights: 👉 Better for strength / muscle gain 👉 Simple progression (ie. add weight) 👉 Easier to isolate specific muscles
A healthy lifestyle requires cardio, resistance training, a nutrient dense diet, and quality sleep. You can’t call yourself healthy if you’re not actively trying to nail all of these.
