Teachers across Ontario did not receive training in Structured Literacy practices in college prep/AQ courses. We’re on a learning journey
@etfotvvp @calphonso @ETFOeducators The ERT position has done tremendous work at my school and thar extra few minutes of literacy focus every day have allowed a lot of struggling students to flourish. It's not a replacement program for classroom teacher led literacy. It's a supplement on top of in class teaching
