SPEC SITS - Understanding the Co. is a reverse split prospect, the current FA isn't great, that EPS is due 3.9 and they need to raise $, I laid out high risk GTC scales Scalp L: $XXII @ $0.83 - $0.88 (noting ATL @ $0.82) with the belief $1+ comes before $0.75- & it comes quick.
SPEC SITS - Generally speaking, I'm all for tobacco harm + use reduction initiatives & Buffalo, NY based $XXII fits the bill. I've done well buying Co's slipping < $1 who ultimately maintain that listing requirement. Risk is > 210mm shares, EPS on 3.9 and they do need to raise $.
