1. I was tired of making promises to myself and not keeping them…I could no longer use lack of time as an excuse so I got to it! 2. Depressive thoughts lurked strongly; and I knew exercise could help ward them off!

Hmmm, when I look back at the photos, it seems like visible change was only clear after 2 weeks? BUT I for sure FELT like there were some results by day 7😌😂

Strengthened discipline. Slightly better sleep(when I can sleep) Better mental health for sure!

Sticking to my plan no matter how I feel!
4. What has been the most challenging thing about your fitness journey?
Honestly, the results are too good to pass up. Seeing what it’s done for my body and mind these past months keeps me motivated! Especially my fatter arse!😌😌😂❤️
